Not just to engage but a personalized ENGAGEMENT. I believe in the concept of - Marketing without Advertising. Marketing is not waiting for the customer but associating with a customer's journey and being there as a friend or guide. I am a marketing professional with 15 years of experience handling marketing operations in retail marketing, and now I am implementing retail digitization and partner marketing. Currently, I am working with Tata Tele Business Services, and before that, I had worked with Xiaomi, LG, Dishtv, MTS, Airtel, Nitco, and Arvind Mills. --- In Xiaomi, I brought out various path-breaking ideas and executed them successfully in my market. I believe in getting something at a mass level, then that idea sholud be called A Success. RedMi Bazaar was such an idea that started from Nagpur and was later accepted by entire Maharashtra, followed by India. Retail Digitisation was beyond my KPI, but 66% of Mi Stores were digitized without formal support from the company. I had the maximum number of Non-trade and FOC signage and started a monthly newsletter, Know Your Partner series, to market store partners.
